How do I redeem for my Awards?
You mail the appropriate cards with the completed award order form to: Award Headquarters, PO Box 66252, O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, IL 60666.
How do I contact someone about my Order?
If you have a question about how to enter your order, or about an order already submitted, please click on the "Contact Us" button. You may e-mail your question at any time. If you would rather call, please check the hours for Customer Service on the "Contact Us" page before placing your call.
How long will it take to receive my Awards?
In most cases we will send your awards on their way in just a few days. However, some items are sent directly from the manufacturer and shipping times will vary. Please allow 1 to 5 weeks for delivery.
Some items are shown as "Special Item". What's different?
Usually, an item marked as a "Special Item" offers exceptional value, and may have limited quantity. Limited quantity items will only be offered while stock is available.
How do I check the status of my Order?
You may call 1-800-328-5636 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time to speak with a customer service representative.
Do you ever substitute awards?
Our on-line Catalog is the most up-to-date list of available Awards. Whenever an award item becomes unavailable, it will not be shown. However, we make every attempt to replace that award with an equal or better selection in our on-line catalog.
Why do you want my E-Mail address?
If we have a question about your order, or have a problem with your shipping address, we must be able to contact you before we can continue processing your order. E-mail is the quickest method of contacting you and helps avoid a delay of your order.
Why do you want my Phone Number?
The phone number is used only if there is a problem with your order and we need to contact you. In most cases, E-mail is the preferred method of contacting you about your order.
Are there any shipping address restrictions?
Yes. We will only ship to the Lower 48 United Sates. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, so please use a street address where possible.
Will there be notification if an item is out of stock? Or if there will be other lengthy delays?
If an out-of-stock situation arises and we are unable to ship your award within 14 days, you will be notified of the delay. If you wish to make an alternate selection at that time, you can call our customer service department at 1-800-328-5636.
What happens if an award arrives damaged?
Please call Gift Headquarters at 1-800-328-5636. You can talk to a customer service rep and they will help you.
