Scratch-off cards are is easy to use. Participants earn cards based on your pre-determined objectives. Each card has 20 scratch
off spaces. Under 5 of those spaces (on every card) is the word WIN. Under the other 15 spaces is the word "Sorry". Participants
scratch off 5 spaces on each card. The more “wins” uncovered on each card, the more credits they earn. (Even 5 "sorry" scratches
earn credit!) Participants can redeem credits on one card, or accumulate cards, and redeem credits at any time during the program.
High Five Cards
1. Can I use the High 5 Cards for any purpose I choose?
Yes, your High 5 Cards can be used as sort of an “internal currency” in your business. You can use these cards to change
behaviors relating to Safety, Sales, Customer Service or any other behavior change that would benefit your business.
2. What if I have never set up a program before?
No problem, your High 5 Program is an “Incentive Program in a Box”. You get everything you need to plan and implement your very
own incentive program, all for just $5.00 per card!
3. What is included with my High 5 Program?

4. What other costs are there with the High 5 Program?
You will be charged for the freight (UPS Ground at actual cost) to send you your High 5 Program Kit.
5.How do my employees order awards?
Your employees can choose awards from the High 5 Awards Catalogs or they can view awards on our High 5 Awards web site
(no additional cost). Award redemption forms are included with your High 5 Incentive Program Kit. When your employees are ready
to redeem (as often as they wish), they simply select the award they desire to have, complete the redemption form and mail that to
us, with the High 5 Cards they earned.
6. Who pays for shipping of the awards?
All costs for shipping of the awards redeemed are included (within the 48 contiguous United States).
7. How many award credits can my employees earn with High 5 Cards?
Your employees will earn credit every time they earn a High 5 Card. Every High 5 Card is a winner, some earn more
than others. The High 5 Cards can be accumulated over the course of your program, so your employees will be saving their cards
(and hoping to score a jackpot) over time. The potential for credits, based on the number of “wins” uncovered is as follows:

8.What happens if more than 5 spaces are scratched off on a card?
The value of that card will be worth 200 credits, which is the same as if they had “0” wins uncovered. So, if your employee
scratches off all “sorry’s” on their card, they should be encouraged to scratch off ALL of the card spaces. When they do that,
they will see the 5 WINS are on each card!
9. What will I be charged if my employees get 5 wins?
Your costs for this program (with the exception of the UPS charges to ship your High 5 Kit) are ALL included in the $5.00 per
card cost you have already paid. So when your employees scratch off 5 WINS, go ahead and celebrate with them!
10. How long are the cards good for once they have been issued?
Your employees have up to 2 years to redeem their High 5 Cards from the date of issue.
11. What happens if a High 5 Card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately we are unable to replace High 5 Cards that are lost or stolen.
12. Can I get High 5 Cards in other denominations?
High 5 Cards are only available in the $5.00 denomination. Our Achievement Cards are available in higher denominations and also
include a custom design feature that is not available in the High 5 Card.
Custom Scratch Off Cards
1) What is the difference between Custom Scratch Off Cards and the High 5 Cards?
The concept is the same. Each Custom Scratch Off Card has the same number of scratch off spaces, the same number (on every
card) of WINS (5) and works the same way as a High 5 Card. The difference is, with Custom Scratch Off Cards, you can customize
the front of the card with your company logo or program theme.
2) What is the minimum order for Custom Scratch Off Cards?
The minimum print order for Custom Scratch Off Cards is 1,000 cards.
3) What is the face value of a Custom Scratch Off Card?
We can provide you with a custom Scratch Off Card with a $5.00 or a $20.00 face value.
4) What is the difference between a $5.00 Custom Scratch Off Card and a $20.00 Scratch Off Card?
A $5.00 Custom Scratch Off Card acts the same as a $5.00 High 5 Card, but in this case you have your company logo or program
name on the cards. The award selection, credits earned for WINS uncovered and all other aspects are the same as the High 5 Card.
With a $20.00 Custom Scratch Off Card, you have a different awards selection and your incentive participants earn award credits
faster.
5) How many award credits are earned with a $20.00 Custom Scratch Off Card?

6) How do I budget for Custom Scratch Off Cards?
Your Custom Scratch Off Card incentive budget is fixed. You essentially have control of all of your program costs upfront.
The first budget consideration is how many cards you wish to print (our team of experts can help you determine this based on your
rules structure). You would then place your order for the custom printed Scratch Off Cards, which is invoiced to you upfront.
Once your cards are printed and ready to be used, you will be invoiced, based on the card value that you have determined upfront
($5.00 or $20.00) times the number of cards you will take from inventory. In addition, your budget will include any Award Catalogs
(custom) that you desire to print for your program.
7) What happens to Custom Scratch Off Cards that I print but do not take from your inventory?
You are not charged the value ($5.00 or $20.00) for any Custom Scratch Off Cards you do not use. These cards have a two year
shelf life, so if you decide to use them for more than one program, they will be waiting for you! If you opt not to use them,
based on your instructions, we can destroy any unused cards.
8) Are all award redemptions, lost or stolen cards and rules that apply to cards with more than 5 spaces scratched off the
same as the High 5 Cards?
Yes, the same rules apply. In the case of a $20.00 Scratch Off Card, the minimum credit (for any card with more than 5 spaces
scratched off) is 1,500 credits.
